Testing
Every pump and washer undergoes rigorous testing before leaving the factory. Regular tests include:
1. External characteristic tests: operation test, energy test, cavitation test, and noise & vibration test, etc.
2. Internal characteristic tests: velocity field measurement, blade surface pressure measurement, flow visualization, and pressure pulsation measurement, etc.
3. Strength tests: axial force and radial force measurement, hydraulic torque measurement, component stress measurement, and reliability tests, etc.
4. Other tests: sealing test, material test, and energy balance test, etc.
1. Debugging of special pumps will add different test items according to the different requirements of special industries.
