Wear parts include water seals, oil seals, and check valves. Wear parts are not covered by the warranty.
After-sales guarantee covers the following situations
- Products damaged in transit due to our shipping, with video, photos and other materials provided;
- Products with quality defects, or missing accessories due to negligence;
Not covered by after-sales service
- Man-made collision damage not caused by quality issues;
- Damage caused by non-human, uncontrollable factors such as earthquakes, floods, fires, and other accidents;
- Problems arising from unauthorized modification, disassembly, voltage mismatch, water shortage, oil shortage, etc.;
- Damage caused by unauthorized user repairs;
- Damage caused by use in harsh environments, such as turbid water, no filtration, insufficient water supply due to filtration, extreme high temperatures, extreme low temperature freezing, frost cracking, etc.;
- Failure to change oil in time, failure to replace water seals, oil seals and other maintenance work resulting in dry grinding, burning, high temperature, oil leakage, water leakage, etc.;
- Damage to our products caused by any third-party product configuration;
- Damage caused by using non-BOTUO parts;
