A tight schedule and moments of relaxation are the way of the wise. Our employees are no different. Therefore, our company organizes annual employee travel activities. On one hand, it allows everyone to relax, cultivate their sentiments, and broaden their horizons, so that they can return to work with better energy. On the other hand, it also provides an opportunity to strengthen team spirit, promote communication, and enhance overall cohesion. This year is no exception, and the destination has been chosen as Hangzhou.
Taizhou, September 19th, light drizzle could not dampen everyone's enthusiasm. Employees and their families gathered at the company early in the morning and then took a bus to Hangzhou. Laughter and joy filled the journey, and they arrived in Hangzhou quickly.
The first attraction visited was Songcheng Park, a popular theme park with the business philosophy of 'architecture as form, culture as soul'. The main buildings are constructed according to the Song Dynasty painting 'Along the River When the Mountains Are Clear', recreating the urban landscape of the Song Dynasty. We visited the Wang Yuanwei's house where we watched the 'throwing of the embroidered ball for marriage' ceremony (the new groom on the right is actually one of our colleagues), creating a sense of time travel and making us feel as if we had returned to the Song Dynasty.
The park also features various performances, among which the large-scale musical drama 'Songcheng Qianqiuqing' is regarded as the soul of Songcheng and is one of the 'world's three great shows'. It uses advanced sound, light, and electricity technology to present the hardships of the Liangzhu ancestors, the glory of the Song imperial palace, the tragic battles of the Yue Army, and the timeless love stories of Liang Zhu and the White Snake and Xu Xian. It condenses an entire dynasty into one hour, offering a perfect audio-visual experience. Many colleagues couldn't help but take videos and share them on their social media.
Hangzhou, September 20th, the weather was cloudy, but everyone's mood was bright. After breakfast, they arrived at Qiandaohu Lake, known as the 'world's first exquisite water' and a 5A-level scenic area. Everyone queued up for the boat tour, beginning the journey of 'traveling on the green waves, people in a painting'. Some colleagues were playing cards, chatting, laughing, or enjoying the scenery on the boat.
Looking at the calm blue waves of the lake, it reminded me of the poem: 'A half-acre square pond like a mirror, the sky's light and clouds' shadows wander. Ask how can the pond be so clear? Because there is a source of fresh water flowing in.' I also thought about where the source of this trip was. I couldn't help but express my gratitude in my heart to the leaders who arranged this trip and the colleagues who planned and organized it.
In the afternoon of that day, we returned to Taizhou again. Although our bodies were a bit tired, our mood was beautiful, and we looked forward to the travel next year. Looking back on this trip, everyone relaxed and reduced stress while enhancing friendship among each other, strengthening the company's cohesion, and also demonstrating the team spirit of Botolini employees and the care of leaders towards staff.
