Spring has arrived, with the first light of dawn.
At this spring, checking health codes, measuring body temperature, and distributing masks have become the daily morning routine for Botuo employees. Standardizing employees' self-protection measures is actually a humanistic spirit paid for by the company.
Unlike many conventional companies, Botuo's pre-operation warm-up each day not only focuses on employee health, but also emphasizes a more spiritual aspect of the 'morning meeting activity'.
It is referred to as an activity rather than a system or process, because participants will feel more relaxed and there is no overly serious atmosphere; it is also not a particularly formalized step.
After all, the plan for the year starts in spring, and the plan for the day starts in the morning.
Morning meeting staff
Bo tuo's morning meetings are definitely not places for lecturing, speeches, or vague talks such as painting big pies or stewing chicken soup. The host of the daily meeting is not fixed and rotates to give every employee an opportunity to showcase themselves.
The meeting generally starts at 7:55 every day. The host needs to prepare the content to be shared with everyone in advance: perhaps a thought-provoking story, a small incident from work, a recently read book, or a personal life experience.
After the host finishes speaking, the attending employees can interact with each other. Similar to morning reading in student days, this is an entertaining activity with the nature of a morning discussion.
Hardworking Botuo employees
It can effectively close the gap between employees, making colleagues from different departments better understand and cooperate with each other, and also promote personal learning and growth.
But the participants at this meeting were not company employees; rather, they were a group of vibrant, ordinary people with their own interests and hobbies. It was this job from Botuo that allowed them to support their families while becoming friends, or even close confidants who help each other.
They are people from all over the country, united in step and hardworking, kind-hearted Botuo people. They are children of parents, husbands of wives, or parents of children. Among them are former poets who have traveled across the country, members of a writers' association who write with steady hands, former provincial journal editors with sharp eyes, as well as amateur historians of the Ming Dynasty, calligraphers, cyclists, self-driving enthusiasts, fly-fishing lovers, and baking enthusiasts. Yet, because they all share a common concern for Botuo, they have no reservations with each other, sharing life insights during daily morning meetings.
All of this relates to Botuo's core values. It is not merely a mechanical company. It would never be satisfied merely by providing jobs, creating value, producing equipment, or applying for patents. Botuo has already gained the strength to realize its own value or dreams. Yet, as a hard stone in the great wall of China's industrial system, it feels guilty for only benefiting a small group of employees, customers, and upstream and downstream industries. Its dream is to strengthen our country through its own strength, and to elevate our nation through its own progress!
