Our company has always emphasized learning, please refer to the previous article 《Botuo People Advancing Toward a Learning Organization》. In order to enhance professional competence, Botolini jointly organized a professional CAD mechanical drawing training session with Chunhua Education. On average, one to two teachers were invited to conduct concentrated classes at our company each week, with over forty to fifty employees participating in the learning process.

The training lasted from May to the end of July, and the three-month concentrated training session concluded successfully. In order to assess the employees' learning outcomes, the company organized a graduation and CAD design skills competition, with many participants signing up.

Our phase of CAD concentrated training has come to an end. We sincerely thank Zhu Teacher and Huang Principal from Chunhua Education for their teaching and guidance. We also thank Botuolining for providing the platform and opportunity for learning through Chen General Manager. We also thank ourselves for persisting in learning and progressing. Being able to complete the entire training process was very rewarding. However, this is not an end, but rather a new beginning. We hope everyone continues to stay on the path of learning and apply what they have learned to improve themselves, enhance work performance, and create value.
